Requesting an Account Delegate
You can now nominate someone to discuss aspects of your account, as an Account Delegate. Your Account Delegate can discuss all aspects of your account, as if they were a Main Driver.
As part of the sign up process, you will need to supply an account keyword which will be used as part of an additional security check when speaking with one of our agents.
Adding an Account Delegate
If you wish to add a delegate, please fill out this form. Once completed, it will be passed to our Team to ensure we have all the required information. When we have all the necessary information, we'll send both you and your new delegate an email to confirm that the request is complete.
Want your delegate to be a Named Driver?
Not a problem! Your delegate can either click here to begin the sign up process as a Named Driver, or you can request it within the form, and we'll send your delegate the link to sign up.
Please note : Named Driver's are a bolt-on, and subject to an additional fee per month. You can find more out here.
