How billing works for swaps
What is a swap?
At Onto, you can swap to any of the other 25 electric car models in our fleet. The cost to swap cars is £79.50, and your monthly subscription price may change depending on the car you’ve switched to.
How do you charge me for a swap?
When you decide to swap affects your fee:

Your swap happens before renewal date - You pay a swap fee of £79.50. In addition you’ll also pay for the upcoming month in your new car. However, we will deduct any remaining days unused on your current car subscription.

Your swap happens after your renewal date - You pay a swap fee of £79.50. In addition you’ll also pay for the upcoming month in your new car. We would also charge you for additional days used on your current car.
- Your swap happens ON renewal date - You pay a swap fee of £79.50 plus the cost of the upcoming month in your new car.
