Cancelling or changing a delivery

Changed your mind? You can cancel your delivery and receive a full refund. We do however require at least 3 working days notice before your delivery date for a full refund.

If your delivery is cancelled within 3 working days of the delivery date we maintain the right to keep your delivery fee as, at this point, we will have paid a non-refundable delivery fee to our logistics partner.

Moving your delivery or collection date

If you want to move your delivery or collection date, you may also do this by giving us at least 3 working days notice. 

If you ask us to move your delivery within 3 working days of the original delivery date, we may require another delivery fee from you as we will have paid for both the old delivery and the new one due to the short notice change.
