If you want to cancel your subscription and return your car, you simply need to take the following steps:
- Visit our website and go to My Account
- Choose to cancel your subscription
- Arrange a date and time for us to collect your car
- A member of our team will get in touch with you to confirm things and complete the return request
How much does it cost?
When the return of your car is processed, we charge a standard fee of £99.50.
Getting your car ready before we collect it
Before we arrive, there’s a few things we ask you to do. By following these steps, you’ll help to make the process of returning your car as smooth and simple as possible:
- Try to make sure the car is charged to at least 60%.
- Give the inside and outside of the car a really good clean.
- If we agreed to let you carry pets in the car, extra cleaning may be required.
- Check you haven’t left any personal belongings in the car.
- Make sure you return everything that came with the car including keys, charge cards, charging cables, parcel shelves, floor mats etc.
