Business - How we charge for delivery and collection
Please note that the information in this article only applies to customers who are part of an Onto for Business account.
When you have an Onto for Business subscription, you’ll pay a £299 order confirmation fee for each car you get from us.
The fee includes the cost of delivery and collection, so you won’t need to pay any more when you receive or return the car.
Once the order confirmation fee has been paid, we will reserve a car and then arrange delivery with you. This can be to the driver’s place of work or home address.
Please note that the driver must be present at delivery with proof of identity.
