How to cancel or change a delivery

We understand that your plans can change. That’s why we make it easy to cancel or amend your car’s delivery.

To make any changes, please contact us at least 3 working days before your scheduled delivery date.
You can get in touch with us by emailing info@on.to or calling 03450 348 647.
If you cancel or change plans less than 3 working days before your scheduled delivery date, we may have to charge you the delivery fee of £129.50.
