Mileage lost during a delivery

Onto customers get 750 miles included every month. You can also add extra miles with a mileage bolt-on

Sometimes mileage can be deducted from your allowance before your car arrives. One of the reasons for this can be when a delivery is delayed.

How to fix your mileage allowance 

If you’ve recently received your car and your mileage allowance appears to be low, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Wait 24 hours and see if the mileage resets automatically.
