If you’re involved in an accident or your car requires repairs, we’ll look to keep you on the road with a courtesy car.
We’ll do our best to ensure you and your passengers can continue your journey safely and as soon as possible.
How things work
If you’ve been in touch with our insurance provider or roadside recovery provider and you qualify for a courtesy car, our courtesy car partner will contact you.
They will arrange for your onward transport and/or the provision of a courtesy car at a time and location that works for you.
It’s worth noting the following conditions:
- Courtesy cars won’t be provided if you’re in breach of our terms and conditions.
- We can’t always guarantee a courtesy car will be available immediately.
- Your courtesy car might not be an electric car.
Replacing your car permanently
If you have a courtesy car from one of our partners for more than 7 days, we’ll be happy to discuss replacing it with an electric car from our fleet. This could become your permanent car.
However if you haven’t paid your insurance excess, you might not qualify for a permanent replacement car.
