If you’re at a charge point and having problems using your BP Pulse Card, InstaVolt Card or Shell Recharge Card, there are a couple things to try:
- Scan the card again several times - it might work when you try it another time.
- Try another charge point, or a different location - there might be a fault with the one you’ve been using.
Still not working? Call the charge provider
If you’ve tried the steps above and the charge card still isn’t working, it’s best to call the charge provider helpline for further assistance. They might be able to resolve the situation remotely.
