This means that starting July 1st, the monthly subscription prices will increase by the following amounts:

Why is this happening?
Due to challenging market conditions, including a significant drop in used electric vehicle prices, rising interest rates, and financial constraints, Onto entered Administration on September 11, 2023. As a result, to ensure the company's sustainability, the Administrators and the lender have decided to adjust the subscription prices.
When will these changes come into effect?
Prices will come into effect from July 1st, which means you have at least one month's notice. For example, if your current subscription renews on the 18th of each month, you will see the new subscription price when your subscription renews on July 18th.
Will there be any changes to the benefits and services included in my subscription?
No, all the benefits and services included in your current subscription will remain unchanged. You will continue to enjoy the same level of service and access to our fleet without any reductions.
Are there any considerations for loyal customers?
We understand the importance of loyalty, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer any special considerations for loyal customers at this time.
How will I be impacted if I’m an Onto for Business customer?
These changes in Onto’s offering also apply to Onto for Business customers. If you’re an Onto for Business customer, these changes in the offering also apply to you and will come into effect from July’s invoice.
Can I use loyalty points to reduce price increases?
Unfortunately, due to the Administration process, you can no longer accumulate or redeem loyalty points.
Can I swap my car?
Regrettably, we are unable to offer car swaps or replacements during the Administration process.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We never like to say goodbye to our members. But if you would like to cancel your Onto subscription, you can do so via our website or app under the My Account section by clicking on the "Arrange car return" button.
Can I buy my car?
Yes, you can now purchase your car. While Onto doesn't directly facilitate sales, we have partnered with Car360, a renowned specialist in used electric vehicles, to assist you with the purchase process. For more information, please visit this page and you will receive dedicated support.
