Every company with an Onto for Business subscription has their own internal point of contact. This is typically a company director, fleet manager or someone in your HR team.
- Your point of contact is responsible for all contact between your company and Onto.
- Onto can only action requests that come from your company’s point of contact.
- They don’t have to be one of your company’s registered drivers.
