If the total mileage left in your account is lower than you expected, it might be due to one of the following reasons:
Car swap
If you choose to swap cars before the date that your current subscription was originally due to end, your mileage allowance will be reduced according to your revised subscription end date. We calculate this pro rata, so you get exactly what you’ve paid for.
When your new subscription starts with your new car, you will continue to receive 750 miles from us every month.
Cancelled subscription
If you choose to cancel your subscription before the date it was originally due to end, your mileage allowance will be reduced according to your revised subscription end date. We calculate this pro rata, so you get exactly what you’ve paid for.
Delayed delivery
If your delivery was delayed, there’s a chance that mileage might have been deducted from your allowance before your car arrived. If you think that’s the case, here’s what to do:
- Allow 24 hours for the mileage to reset automatically.

Technical problem
There may be an issue with the mileage tracking equipment in your car. More often than not, this can be fixed quickly and simply.
- Before you get in touch with us, we recommend you use the app to lock and unlock your car. This can help to re-sync the mileage equipment and fix the problem.
