When do we charge you?

We do everything we can to make our payment process clear, quick and simple.

Taking your first payment

We take your first payment once you’ve completed the booking process. The amount we charge will depend on the date of your delivery.

If your delivery date is less than 2 weeks after the day you book, you’re charged:

  • Your full monthly subscription cost.
  • Our delivery fee (£129.50).
  • Any bolt-ons you’ve chosen.

If your delivery date is more than 2 weeks after the day you book, you’re charged:

  • 50% of your monthly subscription payment
  • Our delivery fee (£129.50).
  • Any bolt-ons you’ve chosen.
  • The remaining 50% is charged 7 days before your delivery date. 

Taking your monthly payments

When you choose to stay with Onto, we take a subscription payment from you on the same date every month. It’s easy to remember when this is, because it’s always the same date as your delivery date. 

Before we can renew your subscription, we just need you to do a couple of things:

  1. Sign your hire agreement, which is emailed to you every month (unless you've chosen not to be asked every month).
  2. Make sure you have the required funds in your account 7 days before your payment date. This will help you to pass our pre-authorisation process.
