Your car will be delivered with Shell Recharge charge card.
This card will be provided and activated depending whether you have chosen as part of your Onto subscription or not.

Lost your charge card?

If you lose your charge card, you need to let us know and you will be charged  £15 for a replacement, regardless of whether it is an active charge card or not.
You need to contact us to arrange a replacement card. It is quick and easy to do this - simply complete this form, or call 0345 034 8647. We'll be happy to help. 

Your new card will not be sent until payment has been received.
