What's not included in an Onto Subscription
The following is not included in your subscription
- Any fees, fines or penalties incurred whilst under subscription (PCNs, charging overstay fees, etc)
- Any damage you do to the car that falls outside of our wear & tear guidelines
- Additional named drivers (you can purchase this as a bolt-on)
- Additional mileage (you can purchase this as a bolt-on)
- Delivery, collection and swap fees

You can customize your subscription in certain ways, such as adding drivers, buying additional mileage and reducing your insurance excess.
