Updating your postal address
It’s important that we always have the correct postal address for you.
If you need to update your details, simply send an email to info@on.to notifying us of your new postal address.
We’ll also need to receive proof of your new address. So we ask that you also attach clear photos of 2 separate documents to your email:
- The documents can be bank statements, utility bills or tenancy agreements.
- They should show your full new address and be no more than 3 months old.
