Updating your details when you move home
If you’ve moved home recently, it’s a good idea to update your personal details with us as soon as possible. This will help you to avoid billing issues.
It only takes a few moments to update your address and payment details:
- Go to My Account.
- Select ‘Change Card Details’, then select ‘Create Payment Method’.
- Enter your new payment details.
- Enter your new address. This will update all our systems.
