Updating your details when you move home

If you’ve moved home recently, it’s a good idea to update your personal details with us as soon as possible. This will help you to avoid billing issues.

It only takes a few moments to update your address and payment details:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Select ‘Change Card Details’, then select ‘Create Payment Method’.
  3. Enter your new payment details.
  4. Enter your new address. 

In addition, we will also require updated versions of your drivers license.

Similar to the sign up process, a new image of your drivers license with your updated address will be required, as well as an accompanying selfie image with your license in the frame. These can be submitted to for processing.
