Please note that the information in this article only applies to customers who are part of an Onto for Business account.
If you want to return one or more Onto cars, please email us at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to arrange things with you.
Please remember the following before you get in touch with us:
- We can only respond to requests that come from your company’s designated point of contact.
- If your company has an Onto subscription with at least 20 cars, you can only return 20% of your fleet per month.
- Each monthly subscription is paid in full in advance at the start of the month. We will need a minimum of 7 day's notice prior to the end of the month to avoid charging you in full for the following month.
- As the month is paid in full in advance, sadly we cannot offer a part refund if the car is returned early.
