Mileage tracker not working in the app

The mileage tracker in our app makes it easy to keep tabs on the distance you’ve travelled.

If you’re having any problems with the feature, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. For your next journey, use the Onto app to unlock, start and lock your car.
  2. After you’ve completed the journey and locked your car, updated mileage data should be sent to your app and online account.
  3. Try to use the app for locking, unlocking and starting the car every now and then, and the mileage tracker should stay up to date.
