If you’ve swapped cars and your app is still showing the previous car, you simply need to end the booking in the app. Once you’ve done this, you should be able to see your new car.
How to end the booking in the app
We recommend that you only take these steps once you’ve completed the swap and your new car has arrived.
- Open the app.
- Tap ‘Bookings’.
- Select ‘End booking’ - as shown below.
After you’ve confirmed the ending of the booking, the new car should appear on your screen.
