Personal belongings left in the car

If you forget any personal belongings in the car you returned, please contact us as soon as possible detailing the address you’d like them sent to, so we can arrange postage.

If we find any personal belongings in the car you returned, we’ll email you with the details of what we found. If you’d like to get these items sent back to you, please make sure to reply to our email within 7 days of reception detailing the address you’d like them sent to, as otherwise they’ll likely be disposed of.

Whether you or we have notified first, please note a £25 administration fee will apply. We’ll charge your account as soon as you confirm you would like a return. Once you confirm your address and fees have been received, your items will be dispatched.
