What happens to unused mileage?

Any unused miles from your monthly allowance and mileage bolt-on packages will be added to your account as mileage credit. 

Whether you renew with us every month or take out a new subscription in the future, you can use this mileage credit when you want. Just as long as:  

  1. It’s less than one year since the mileage credit was added to your account. That’s because the credit expires after 12 months.
  2. You remain with a car that’s from the same tier as the one you had when you received the mileage credit. For example, if you got your mileage credit when you were driving a Tier 1 Car (eg a Renault Zoe), you won’t be able to use the mileage credits if you swap to another tier (eg a Tesla Model S, which is Tier 4).

Should you choose to end your subscription with us, any unused miles are non-refundable.

Check how many miles you’ve got left

If you have an active subscription and want to check your remaining mileage allowance for the car tier level you’re on, simply open the app and you’ll see the figure on the home page.
