Why your car hasn't arrived yet

If your car was due to be delivered earlier today and it hasn’t arrived yet, there’s a couple of things that might have happened. 

Just note that we use delivery partners to get your car to you, so we might need to get in touch with them first before we can give you an update. 

Your delivery might be delayed

Our delivery drivers sometimes have to complete multiple deliveries in the same day. 

We make deliveries between 9am and 5pm. So even if it’s the middle of the afternoon, hold tight and your delivery will hopefully be with you soon. 

Your delivery might be postponed

Unfortunately, our delivery partners sometimes have to cancel a delivery at short notice. Some of the reasons for this can include:

  • Unforeseen delays en route.
  • Capacity issues. 
  • A problem with the car.

What happens if your delivery is postponed?

  • Our delivery partners will notify us if there’s a risk of your delivery not being completed on the day that it was scheduled. 
  • We’ll let you know straight away, and organise a new delivery date at the first possible opportunity.  
  • If it’s convenient for you, we’ll always aim to have your car delivered by the next working day.
