If you can’t be at the registered delivery address on the scheduled delivery date, you have a couple of options:
- Register an additional driver who can be present for the delivery instead of you. Please bear in mind that registering an additional driver isn’t an instant process, so you’ll need to allow time for this to be completed.
- Change your delivery to a date when you can be at the registered address. Please note that we’ll need at least 5 working days notice to make the change and you may be charged a fee.
