Additional item missing

When your car is delivered, it will come with additional items such as car keys, charging cards and cables. 

At delivery: 

If your car is delivered without one of these items, please contact us immediately at and we will send them to you by post asap.

At collection:

If your car is collected without one of these items, you will be charged for it, so please make sure to check everything is there. If you find the missing item after your car was collected, you can return it for a refund minus an admin fee if it is received within 7 days of your car being collected.

To return the item(s):

  • You must send the item back by post and cover the cost of postage to the following address and notify us by email at including the tracking number.

  •  Inside the parcel you must include the vehicle registration number.

  • The item must be received within 7 days of the car collection.

  • Missing loose items are not covered by your Reduced Excess bolt-on.

  • When we receive the item, you will be reimbursed the original charge, minus an administration fee of £75.
