How to report a problem with your car

If you have a problem with your car, we’ll do our best to help you fix things quickly.

Call our 24/7 Driverline on 03450 348 647 and select option 2 

After you’ve selected option 2, choose what you want to tell us about:

Deliveries and Collections - Select option 1. 
Breakdown, general maintenance or servicing - Select option 2.
Accident not involving glass - Select option 3, then option 1 for new claims or option 2 for existing claims.
Glass problem (non accident) - Select option 4.
Tyre problem - Select option 5.
