What happens after you've reported damage?

After you've sent us your Damage report, our Damages and Maintenance teams will assess the situation and decide what steps need to be taken. 

We’ll get in touch with you to discuss what happens next if repairs are required during your subscription period. 

If no urgent repairs are required, we may still contact you about repairs when the car is returned at the end of your subscription. 

Help if you’ve been in an accident

If you’ve been involved in an accident, please call us immediately on 03450 348 647 and choose option 2, then option 3.
